A part of the group that gathered last week in Harare to attend round four (of six) of the Million Leader Mandate. MLM is an initiative of John Maxwell's EQUIP group to train and develop one million leaders around the world. The general idea is that we teach the material to groups like this one, and they in turn commit to replicate the training in others. We shoot for a committment to train 10-25 others. Some do more, some do less, but feedback is that some of our trainees are really running with this. The venue was Northside Community Church, where I pastored 1998-2002.
