English Cricket Beware


So, today is St George's Day, which explains all the English flags flying in my street as I walked to work today. Pity then that England is no longer in the running for the Cricket World Cup. Thinking about cricket, a picture just in today reveals why England had better keep worrying about being beaten at its own game by South Africa for years to come ...

First day in England - Oxford



Our first day in England started with expensive coffee and croissant at the Heathrow bus station, a pleasant bus ride to Oxford, and then a wonderful day around Oxford. Great meal at The Trout, a pub on the Thames where many scenes from Inspector Morse were shot in the past, and a walk through The Meadows.
