Arrived in the UK at last

Final approach to London's Gatwick airport, early yesterday morning. The Nationwide Airlines 767 flight was excellent! Smaller plane, more room, good service ... and with their prices, I will use them again! My entry on my settlement visa was pretty quick, with a slight detour for a preregistration with the NHS. During the day I managed to sort out my bank account finally, order phone and broadband, and check out my new office, complete with new desk, new PC and new laptop. By 9pm I was finished, and quickly went off to sleep until 4am. Today I will take a train to Newport in Wales, to surprise and old friend... more later!
