Breakfast proteins help me lose weight

We watched an entertaining BBC HORIZON documentary on the infamous Atkins Diet yesterday, which wasn't that marvellous to see as we munched hot-cross buns! So it seems that PROTEIN is the key to losing hunger pangs and therefore consuming less calories! The transcript from the show is a good read if you can't find the actual show. At least I feel much better about the fried eggs and bacon I am going to have in a couple of hours!
