VICTORIA FALLS HOTEL, Zimbabwe. One person, one meal, and a bill for one billion, two hundred and forty three million, two hundred and fifty five thousand dollars ... excluding the tip of course. When Rose and I stayed at this same hotel on our honeymoon, nearly 30 years ago, the total food bill for two, for six days, was $65.00.
