I am catching up with email and projects, in Bahrain's international airport - another one of those shopping malls with a runway on one side kind of a place. McDonald's actually, where Eric Clapton is singing away about 'It's late in the evening ...' which it is of course. Haven't been in this airport since 1984, so I am not even sure if it is the same airport. Nearly 10 in the evning, or 9 in the evening using the body clock I left Worthing with at the wretched hour of 4.30am this morning. Leave in another hour or so, for Bangalore in India, where I shall enjoy some high 30's low 40's temperatures until the end of next week.
